Rasoul Rezvani is a serial entrepreneur working across technology, gaming and digital assets. He is the founder of Coin Factory AG, a tokenization company founded in Switzerland in 2024. He works between Zurich, Palo Alto and Dubai.

Coin Factory turns business value and defined rights into structured digital instruments, and has tokenized more than twenty businesses across sectors including luxury goods, gaming, fashion, insurance and energy. Around it, Rezvani has built the RZ Ecosystem: RZ Chain, an EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain; TokenArchitecture, a token engineering business for companies and brands; CoinBank, for cross-chain transfers and token allocations; Ranking.game, for competition management and player rankings; and SLT CargoPay, which brings blockchain settlement to cargo and logistics payments.

His long-term vision is Country 196 / OASIS, publicly announced in September 2026. It is a digital-economic environment where people and businesses can build enterprises, trade assets and earn income, with ownership at the centre. It is being developed step by step, one platform at a time.

Before digital assets, he spent two decades building businesses in the physical world, including franchised service and gaming networks, a 17,000 m² business park and Rezvani Sports Club & Football Academy. His guiding belief is that the people who contribute to a business or community should share in its value.
