Most of what a business owns remains locked inside the business. The building, the fleet, the licenses, the brand, the customer base — all hold real value, yet most of that value is difficult to divide, transfer, trade, or price transparently.

I spent more than twenty years living that reality. A sixteen-branch service network. A franchised chain across two countries. Iran’s first startup park. An academy, a food park, a nationwide service program. I know what it means to build and hold real assets — because I’ve built the businesses, carried the costs, and paid the people behind them.

I built RZ Ecosystem to change that. It brings together platforms, companies, and digital assets designed to connect real businesses — with real customers, real revenue, and real assets — to the new digital economy. It creates a structure where value that was once locked inside a business can become divisible, transferable, transparent, and accessible. Today, the ecosystem spans a growing network of platforms, most already operational, with CoinFactory AG in Zug, Switzerland, at its corporate core.

But RZ Ecosystem was never meant to be just a collection of platforms. Each one is a real business in its own right, but together they form parts of something much larger: a connected economy without physical borders. An economy I have spent the past decade designing, building, and documenting.
